I am a dedicated and passionate mental health professional pursuing a Master of Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University. With a strong foundation in social work, I began my academic journey at Lethbridge College before transferring to the University of Calgary, where I earned a Bachelor of Social Work in 2021. In addition to formal education, I have enriched my skill set by completing a 240-hour professional online training in Compassionate Inquiry with renowned physician Dr. Gabor Maté. This training has deepened my understanding of trauma and its impact on mental health, further enhancing my ability to support clients compassionately and insightfully. Beyond academics and professional development, I value personal connections and enjoy spending quality time with family and friends. My interests and passions include playing golf and softball, reading, and immersing myself in music, whether by attending live events or enjoying recordings. As I continue on my journey in counselling psychology, I remain focused on making a positive impact in the lives of those I serve.
